Privacy

This website does not set cookies, has no analytics and only asks for personal data if you choose to use the contact form. It does not sell or share anything about you. Apart from the hosting, one embedded Instagram post and the contact form, nothing involves other companies; all three are explained below.

The site does not collect visitor statistics.

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web server, GitHub may log technical data such as your IP address for security purposes. See GitHub’s privacy statement.

The 3D tomato (the logo in the menu bar of every page, and the large one on the home page) and The room use the three.js library (MIT licence). It is hosted on this same site, so loading it does not involve any other server.

The Lexus Electrified project page embeds a post from Instagram. When that page loads, your browser connects to Instagram (Meta), which may set cookies and process data according to its own policy. See Instagram’s privacy policy.

If you write to me through the contact form, the name, email address and message you type are sent to Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), which forwards them to me by email and keeps a copy on its servers. Nothing is sent until you press Send, and I use it only to reply to you. See Formspree’s privacy policy. If you prefer, write to me directly at contact@dizmar.xyz.

To work properly, the site remembers a few small things in your browser, such as where you were on the home page when you open a project and come back. They are kept only in the current browser tab (session storage), stay on your device and are never sent to me or to anyone else. Closing the tab or clearing the site’s data removes them.

Some links lead to other websites (for example, LinkedIn or Instagram). Once you leave this site, their own privacy policies apply.

If you write to me by e-mail, I use your message only to reply. Ask me at any time to delete it.

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete any personal data I hold about you. Write to contact@dizmar.xyz. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
